When you register your vacancy with us, we will endeavour to obtain a job description and person specification from you. This document will form the basis of the information we will use to seek for the right candidate on your behalf. This means that right from the start, all of us are clear on what you want to achieve, enabling us to make sure that the candidate’s experience, skills, attributes and qualities match the position he will be required to fill within your firm.

We will then endeavour to carry out an extensive search for the right candidate, using our own resources. to ensure that on the basis of your brief:-

· Candidate has necessary, qualifications, experience, etc.;
· Candidate has the right skills and background
· Candidate is seriously considering changing jobs
· Candidate has solid work history/background;
· Candidate is genuinely interested in the position on offer;
· Candidate would be the right ‘fit’ for the client firm

Ongoing communication

Throughout the duration of your assignment you will be kept fully informed. As well as updating you on progress, so that you are aware of the stage we are at in the recruitment process, this will also provide you with the opportunity to give any feedback or changes to your assignment.

Our consultants are legally trained and/or graduates, and members of the REC (Recruitment Education Confederation). This means that we are committed to working with you to the highest operating standards and adhering to the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice.

Once everything has been finalised our contact with you does not end there. It is important that the placement with you proceeds well and also that you found our service excellent. We will follow up and review with you the overall quality and service you have received and, if necessary, action any future improvements or assist you with any concerns you may have.
